 > Open a folder with many files and resize the window so that the
 scrollbars become active. Now drag some file and hover with it over the
 lower edge of that window. In the past this would trigger autoscroll so
 you can scroll up and down while dragging a file. Not any more.

 This is r41539.
 No problems with autoscroll here. Could you verify that again?
