The problem with this patch is that there is no rounding error, the
original calculation is correct (although it should use B_PAGE_SIZE to
make it independent of the actual page size).
It seems that the system just reports 1MB less memory than what is
physically available. You can open a terminal and type "ps -i" to confirm
this.
