 I would rather this was implemented as a sidebar in navigator mode,
 similar to how GNOME and OS X do it. Folders can be added by simply
 dragging and dropping them to the sidebar. There could also be a devices
 section at the top with all mounted drives listed, and favourites listed
 in a section directly below.
