Right. [http://www.iso.org/iso/iso-3166-1_decoding_table ISO-3166] covers
country codes.
And Ukranian is a recognized language in multiple countries.
(FYI the screenshot was just meant to shown the Welcome doc using the
British flag for both the English and Ukranian languages.)
