 Here's an initial version of a German Mac keymap. It was tested with a
 pre-aluminium Apple Keyboard. It is based on the {{{German}}} keymap, with
 some inspirations from the {{{French (Mac)}}} keymap.

 Note that it does not fully work with QEMU on Mac OS X, there appears to
 be a bug in its Cocoa frontend, leading to the {{{<}}} and {{{^}}} keys
 swapped.

 What's still missing are a number of Alt and Alt+Shift keys. Those could
 be added later as needed.
