the symbol "!__cxa_atexit" is missing from libroot.so
from the mailing list ingo says that "!__cxa_finalize" is missing too.
These functions are meant to be in the standard runtime according to the
intel Itanium C++ ABI so I believe they should be implemented.
This will remove another issue with clang working cleanly on haiku.
