As per [http://dev.haiku-
os.org/browser/haiku/trunk/build/jam/board/verdex/BoardSetup#L25
build/jam/board/verdex/BoardSetup#L25], this patch will automatically
download $(HAIKU_BOARD_UBOOT_IMAGE) from $(HAIKU_BOARD_UBOOT_IMAGE_URL)
and store it in $(HAIKU_OUTPUT_DIR).
This helps to streamline the build process by removing the need for user
interaction.
