OK, I fixed the subdirectory problem, and have attached a patch
(nfs_subdir.patch).
The KDL is not fixed, that is next on my list.
I think there is a memory leak when vnodes are freed as well. I need to
investigate that further.
Still, with the attached patch, the NFS filesystem driver should be OK if
you want a read-only filesystem.
