 Over here I still see a problem with missing keystrokes and eventually
 device failure, but only immediate after boot. After unplug/replugging, it
 never happens again until a reboot. Assuming this winds up being Kinesis-
 specific (waiting for mmadia to confirm), will open a separate ticket for
 that particular device/controller combo.
