[haiku-3rdparty-dev] Is there any API to use Stack & Tile?

Hello, i'm wondering if there is any way to stack windows within an
application such as Caya. I don't like a lot how the windows are
managed actually into the app, having two "automatically stack chat
windows" and "automatically tile chat windows" options in the settings
should close the problem of having the windows ordered. Other than
being a successfull SAT use case....
