Beyond that, I'm curious about your use case for the networking. I have a
couple of scales for my side-business (need to weigh packages to print
postage) that connect to the computer using a simple serial ASCII
broadcast. I can dig up which ones I have (one lives on the desk and goes
up to 10 pounds, the other lives on the floor and goes up past 50 pounds at
least) if you're interested.
I have the fitbit bathroom scale that uses wifi to load my weight into the
fitbit website. I probably wouldn't get it again, I'd probably get a simple
mechanical scale and write it down.
