I'm not feeling rushed, but I would like to do the brewing soon.
How's this wednesday sound to people? It's supposed to be 60F out,
that'd be a fantastic day. But I guess we need more lead time than 24
hours :-)
It would be ideal to do it on a nice day. At the same time, since
everybody wants to do the brewing at the shop and leave the carboys at
the shop for fermenting, it's best not to do it in the heat of summer.
