[hackpgh-balloon] Hackerspace Charlotte's First Flight

Hackerspace Charlotte have launched their first balloon and sadly they are
having some problems. Slow descent rates and high low altitude winds are
creating quite a drive for them and hopefully will not result in a balloon
in the water. Follow along at home if you have the time and keep your
fingers crossed for them.
