antes de ponerme a investigar les queria consultar si alguno conoce herramientas CRM (Customer Relationship Management) que laburen bien y free .. vi un par de webs 2.0 en http://itredux.com/office-20/database/ estan bastante buenos esos CRM pero seguro hay algo mejor
