I doubt it is bobby compliant since bobby complies its self to web pages.
It's w3c compliant and still under development. The real test to try is
fire fox which is a stable release of mozilla.

told how much he liked Mozilla and he knows about accessibility and said it
is W3C and Bobby compliant. I think he said it has anti virus protection
built in--is that right? He did not know if it would work with JFW and
W.E.--how about that? He said you can download it for free--either the
suite of applications or individual programs. What we didn't discuss is:
