Hi;

That's certainly what I've experienced recently.  It's still possible, even
under Adobe Reader 7, for someone to not permit access to DRM encrypted PDF
content by access technologies.  However, as Jamal mentioned, it's
technically possible to permit access whilst still protecting from copying
of material, it just depends on whether publishers have checked the right
checkbox *smile*.
