Well done Scot it is about time they got things moving again ,I had a go at 
them a couple of weeks ago but as you all know they told us that it would be 
fixed by the following Monday ,but here we are seven days later from the said 
day  , and we are still waiting ,so Scot many thanks for bringing up the 
subject again .

Do we really have to keep nibbling at their feet all the time to get things 
moving again ,so please Dolphin pull your fingers out .!

OK I'm not being funny here but.

We Have all paid for the update from 4 to 5.  

Now with the instant messenger not working, where basically back to V4 as it 
was the only major improvement in the first place.

4 Weeks ago apparently the guide developers were going to have one really busy 
weekend.

What?

Did they fall asleep?

This isn't only bad for us.  I'd ask SE to consider this?

We all talk to people on MSn and now can't do so.

How is it looking for the product wen we have to tell all our friends O sorry I 
can't talk to you on there anymore as it's broken.

O they ask wen did it brake?

O about a month or more ago.

Wen's it being mended?

Us, O we don't know.

Many of the people we talk to are other blind people and in that are 
potentially your customers.

How's this looking?

I'm not saying I am or would ever go out to make this product look bad and I'm 
shore neither would any of us.

But I don't think anyone needs to help you on that one here as the lack of info 
and a fix on this is doing that quite well for you.

What about 48 hour updates on your progress?

What about telling us properly what's wrong with it?

Try it folks were not all thick and you never know we might understand?

This may not be a big deal for you guys but for some on here it is as now some 
have got to rely on it for socialising.

I've also heard of a member of the list being told to stop publicly asking 
questions about it?

I don't know if that's true, but if it is,  it's disgusting.

It's also now being discussed on other list forums that you don't control.

Again not by me or on lists that I own.

But on at least 2 other VI tech lists.

Now can we just have this fixed?  If not what about telling us often what is 
going on?
