need one bowl of melted white chocolate and one bowl of melted brown chocolate,
you need a patterned board, you can use a plastic embossing sleeve or mat,
something with indented pattern, you very thinly give it a mere spray it with a
can or bottle of vegetable spray, then cover the indented pattern with the
white chocolate and scrape the white chocolate off the top, so that you only
have the white chocolate in the indents, then leave to harden, once hardened
put a layer of melted brown chocolate on top, smooth it over and leave to
harden, could put in fridge, take the chocolate out of the embossed sleeve or
patterned plastic, trim the edges off, and cut into triangles or squares, if
you used a star patterned embossed sleeve, you will have white chocolate stars
with brown chocolate sky, these can be given as gifts or decorated on your ice
cream or deserts.
