Party Hats
Here is a very simple way of making a party hat:
Roll up a piece of (coloured or patterned) paper into a cone shape. Before
securing this with adhesive tape, make sure that the hat will fit the intended
recipient!
Now start decorating it! Consider glueing on glitter, ribbons, Christmas
tinsel, holly, and any other decorations.
Why not wear it during your Christmas, birthday or jubilee party?
