Dearest Vanessa I've spoken to the Chairman of BBAS and he his very interested in the recipe you posted this morning. However, there is a question with regard to this recipe. You mention that you used a piping bag with a certain size nozzle. This would suggest that you have tasted the biscuit and have also noticed that it has a certain texture. If the said biscuit was slightly chewy when dunked it will be a definite winner. You see Vanessa its the chewy texture that's important., it has to have that little caramel affect.. ? Did it.
