[guide.chat] Stephen help please.

Hi Stephen
I found the nvda website and entered to download it but then guide stopped
working saying webbrowser has stopped working and ended up in main menu again
without being able to download.
and i don,t know why but forums i used to go on with guide with no problems
have been doing the same thing and can,t think why.
any help would be welcome as im tearing my spiky hair out here.
