Hi Jenny I updated from the update program last week and have found that
sometimes when I am checking my e mails the message just freezes and when I
press the keys they just make a pinging sound and also only a few of my you
tube favourites will play and like you say it seems to be taking longer to
start up and move between programs I don't know if this is because of the
updates or there is something else wrong hope they can sort out the latest
problems soon best wishes Bernard
