Hi Senn. when you reply to an email on group you need to go into the reply
option but instead of pressing number 3 you press number 2 for the address
book. Then you get the guide chat email address up in your address book and
enter on that. Then you carry on as normal. If you press number 3 after
pressing the reply it will go to that person's private email address and not on
group. Pressing reply to all means that the message will come on group and to
that person privately so they will get it twice so the best thing is to press
number 2 and enter on the list email address in your address book as it will
then come on group only. Hope this makes sense. Have a good day. I'm chilling
