dictionary, literature, music, structure and sense.
The laws of Scotland were written in Scots till 1707.
Scots law and the Church of Scotland still use many Scots terms in their
business.
And now, at last, Scots is being taught, rather than, as it used to be,
suppressed, in schools, up to degree level.
