[guide.chat] Herbs and spices

Hi Kevin, as the cooking guro on this list how are you with herbs and spices? I
seem to buy lots of these on spec and apart from a few common ones i am
hesitant to just use them, this means that I have bottles of them just sitting
on the shelf they look good but.....
Do you know of a book that gives suggestions on their use?
