Vanessa, what you discover on your web pages is truly remarkable. If as you say
these are the work of students one wonders if any manufacturer will take up
the ideas. It does show what is possible and bodes well for future visually
impaired .
I myself think that with the advances in stem cell implantation most types of
blindness will be cured, alas not in my life time, we can count our blessings
thank goodness for all the aids we can get, especially with the advent uf
computer programmes like Guide.
The problem is that if the damn thing goes wrong a whole slice of life comes to
a halt ,my sympathies to Carol .
