Hi Sarah,I think that your better off without that nasty ex-friend of yours 
,you should have known that he was only after what he could get ,especially 
after not him giving you his home address and phone number ,but of course this 
is all in hind sight ,so go out this weekend with other friends who will no 
doubt cheer you up much better that he ever would have done for you.

I do hope that it does not take too long to forget him he's not worth it .

HI Carol.

Thanks for yoru lovely message and guess what I'm going to Frankie and Bennie's 
and going to flirt with the lovely waiter he is also the head chef and he 
thinks I'm hot unlike that waste of space who just rang me only to say he had 
cancelled our week-end away and also our trip to Weymouth on Wednesday and I 
told him what for and I told him it was unforgiveable what his mate did and I 
hate hat Keith man for what he did and he said he probably feels the same about 
you he made no apology for his behaveiour I know there was a theory last night 
between some of us that maybe this mate was just some-one out to cause trouble 
but its true Jamie did get him to send that email so I got cross with him and 
really laid in to him for how he treated me and he hung up and when I rang back 
he didn't answer me so I left a message saying I am sick of the way he treats 
me and told him it was over between us and that I was going out there to find a 
man who genuinely appreciates me so if he really loves me he will fight for me 
now the ball is in his court I'm just going to forget him no-one treats me like 
that he's a waste of space I told him that all my friends think so to and 
unlike him I've got lots of friends he's cancelling our time away to spite me 
but I'll have a far better time with Mrs Villa and hris perhaps I could do what 
I had originally plannd with Jamie another time with them and other friends we 
were going to go to a naturist disco you don't have to be naked there but can 
dress sexy perhaps I'll find a nice hunk there they won't be able to resist me 
i'll be going there as a single woman ready for action. the phoone is ringing 
I'm ignoring it in case its him I feel sick to the stomach when I think of what 
he's done to me. He's evil and so is his mate.  May God forgive them because 
right now I can't find it in my heart.  Any-way Carol I hope you enjoy your 
coffee morning and your time at Julie's that lovely pastry thing. I'm off out 
with my support worker soon. HOpe every-one else on here has a good day.
