Cheddar Cheese Sauce Makes 2 cups Use this cheese sauce on vegetables,pasta or on other dishes. Cooking Time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour half a teaspoon of salt half teaspoon black or white pepper 380 Ml Milk 180 G Cheddar cheese, grated METHOD: Melt the butter in a small saucepan and remove from the heat. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk stirring until well mixed. Place back on top of the oven and cook over a low heat stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Cook for 5 minutes longer and then add the cheese and stir until smooth and well blended. Serve with pasta or vegetables.
