Hi all , it is nice to be back among friends on the chat line. Harold, Vanessa
and phyllis thank you for letting me know my messages went to guide chat even
though I could not receive any back. I passed your messages on to Malcolm, who
let me know Alex was not receiving messages neither. Thanks to Alex who
narrowed the fault down to BT and told them this they were able to start
sorting out the fault. So many thanks to you Alex
