We need to make hotel reservations for the conference. If you are a Bon Voy
awards member and you want to receive your points for your stay then you need

I can make your reservation. We will meet with the convention center on January
31, 2023. If your drive is 3 or more hours, which is over 200 miles, the board
will pay for an extra night for you. Your reservation dates should be January
30th through February 3rd 2023. If you are less than 3 hours (200 miles) then
the dates would be January 31st through February 3rd, 2023. Please let me know
if you want me to make your reservation.
