Numbers are no longer listed.

Reach out to either Kathy Aspy or put in a dticket.

But to Anna's point, check GUIDE first, if there is a number in there
regardless of a '999' number or SSN, we are allowed to use them.

If they already have a 999 number from another district then you must use that
one already assigned to them, that is why checking GUIDE first is helpful.

You'll still want to ask for a range of numbers from Kathy for future reference
or for this student if you don't have one already.

Your district should have a bank of numbers assigned to you. You are in
charge of assigning those numbers as needed. And if you run out, you have to
request another range of numbers. The numbers might be listed on GUIDE or
gadoe.org. You take one of those numbers and input it in your SIS and in
GUIDE as if it were a SSN.

Subject: [gsis_admins] Student's SSN

Hello everyone,
I have a parent that will not bring in her child's SSN. Do the state still
give out 900 numbers? If so, how do I go about getting one? Thanks in advance.
