He knows he has to pay for it. Is it possible to add them and have it run
through his credit card without them entering it again?

Guess I should have read these in reverse order, LOL. I will do some
research to find out their info and get them registered. They are required
to pay, since Brock and Alicia are the 2 attending based on his vendor fee.
