The Georgia Student Information Systems Users' Group has been hosting an
annual conference for decades! In fact, the group has operated for so long
no one quite remembers when it was initially formed, but it definitely
originated sometime in the days of the OSIRIS student information system,
which operated statewide nearly 30 years ago. Over the years, we have
transitioned to become an organization committed not only to use of student
information systems, but to supporting our school and districts in all
aspects of school and district office administration and use of student
data to support school improvement. We think it is high time we have a fun
theme that represents our commitment to Georgia's schools and districts --
