I get what you are saying, Donna. When she initially tried to back out of
attending GSIS, I almost left it alone. Their information won't be any
different than what they delivered in their sessions that most of us attended.
However, my goal was to try to get them at the table with us. We need to take
the opportunity of the new management at the GSFC. I hope some of the board
members can make it to their sessions, to try to make our presence known.

Just had a lengthy discussion with the GSFC about GSIS. She was initially
reluctant because of preliminary and because she didn't think our audience
was a group she needed to target. Plus she said they gave ample time in
their recent sessions for every district to attend one of the sessions. I
argued our points, and even asked her to talk to Bob Lahl about his
experience, so she is going to talk to her staff. I am not sure they will be
there, but you never know.
