Good afternoon Priscilla,

Thank you for calling today!  We would love to host overflow rooms at our
properties for 8/21-23/2024.  I can offer the following on a Courtesy
Contract:

   1. Homewood Suites – Run of House Single @ $199 per night – 15 rooms
   per night
   2. Hilton Garden Inn – Run of House @ $189 – 10 rooms per night
   3. DoubleTree Savannah Historic – Run of House @ $189 – 10 rooms per
   night
   4. Valet Parking @ $45 per night/per vehicle

Our Homewood Suites is located on River Street and the DoubleTree and
Hilton Garden Inn are across the street from one another at Bay and
Montgomery Street.  Please let me know which property or properties you
would like to move forward with a courtesy contract.  I will need the
following information for the contracts:

   1. Will reservations be made by Rooming List or by each individual?
   2. Will room, tax, and valet parking be paid by a group master or
   each individual?
   3. Will incidentals be paid by group master or each individual?
   4. Contract signer name, email address, telephone number and mailing
   address.
