Based on what I know, DOE/GNETS is implementing this project in 3 “waves”
and are conducting 3 webinars(1 for each wave).



In your case, I am thinking it may be that the SLDS Profile Manager has not
been setup at DOE.  SLDS Developers decided to manage the GNETS Profiles
in-house versus allowing the Districts to create the SLDS Roles thru
Profile Manager.



I will check and let you know.

Is GNETS access to SLDS currently available to all districts?  I tested the
setup described in the links below with one of my GNETS teachers and
received the following error message from SLDS.



"You are not authorized to access LDS Portal. Please contact System
Administrator."
