The comments in the call stated that a black male wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans had come through the back door of the listed address, and had run out of the front door when he was confronted by one of the residents. Upon arrival Officers met with the resident, who gave an updated description of the suspect. He stated that the suspect was wearing a black Yankees baseball cap, was approximately 6'0'', and was heavy set. The victim stated that he had been sitting on the couch watching TV when the suspect walked through the unlocked back door of the house. The victim stated that he started yelling at the suspect, and the suspect ran through the house and out the front door. He also advised that the suspect did not touch anything in the house, and did not take anything." Robbery Summaries: 300 GREENWICH RD: "The victim advised that at the above date and time he was walking on the school grounds of the listed location. He was walking to his job. He advised that the known suspects jumped out on him from around a corner and assaulted him on his head with their closed fists. While assaulting the victim, the listed suspect took the listed items from the victim's pant pockets. The victim received visible minor injury to his face. The victim did not want treatment for his injury." This case is related to an assault that occurred the prior day in which the victim listed in this report allegedly assaulted the listed suspect the day before. 4110 PROVIDENCE RD: "On Friday, July 17, 2009, at 4:26 a.m., officers were dispatched to Strawberry Hill Drive in reference to an armed robbery call for service that occurred on Providence Road. The victim stated the suspects pointed a handgun at him and pat down his clothing in an attempt to rob him. Nothing was reported stolen." Officer J. E.
