Which version of GQ? If 10, a printing error we ran into was caused by having
the student info status line checked. When we unchecked the student info
status line we were able to print reports from multiple teachers and send
multiple files to Edline. Don't know if that is any help to you.

Has anyone come across the error message "I/O error 123" when you were trying
to print a report from Gradequick? This comes up every time I try to print
from one of my Teacher's Desktops.
