You'll find the speed/duplex information under the vendor specific
registry key. For example, for the Broadcom NetExtreme Gigabit adapter:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\b57w2k\parameters
Usually, you can figure out what a registry value means by changing your
settings and refreshing the Registry Editor. A lot of new adapters will
have a binary value called "SpeedDuplex". That's a good place to start.
