Let me just "jump in" with a quick recommendation of Windows SteadyState for
Kiosk scenarios.
Version 2.5 (currently in Beta) supports Vista - a few minor bugs are
present in the Beta version at the moment, but I'm sure it's going to be
removed pretty soon. If you're just planning ahead, you might want to have a
look at this nice utility too.

point, even though they don't explicitly cover Vista. Many of the concepts
will be the same. I haven't seen anything specific to Vista yet. The "Kiosk"
scenario specifically may be a good place to start for what you're after.

Started looking at Vista GPO,s to completly lock a PC for a shop floor
installation completly tied down to only IE and SAP.
Is there templets the same as there are for locking down servers for Vista.
Cant seem to find them if so.
