[gpsbug] New Boat Rating

The Becky J (Short for Rebecca J) just got her PHRF certificate. Rating is
213 - same as most Catalina 27 Outboard. So, theoretically, she is 78
secs/mile slower than Rebecca J. Maybe take her 8 minutes or so longer to
get around our course. Don't forget to get your rating for the upcoming
season.
Look for notice of skipper meeting soon.
