2010 CBYRA Crew Clinic
Come one, come all. Bring yourself and your crew to the 2010 CBYRA Crew
Clinic. This dockside clinic will provide you with access to some of the
best sailors on the Bay there to discuss "Best of Breed" techniques on sail
trim, bow, tactics, electronics, mast, pit, boat packing, and a whole lot
more. Come listen to National and World Champion sailors pass along their
nuggets of knowledge for you BEFORE the season starts. This will be helpful
for all members of the crew (Including Skippers!).
Participants will set out in groups of 17 to six separate stations with
boats located on the docks at AYC with the electronics presentation held in
the Junior Building (What is the box the tacticians are holding on those big
boats and why?)
Entry is limited to the first 100 participants
Fee: $25 for CBYRA members
$55 for Non-CBYRA members *
(A 2010 CBYRA membership is included in this $55 entry)
Location: Annapolis Yacht Club Annex
Date: April, 18, 2010 (Sunday)
Time: 9:30 Check-in with Coffee, 10 AM start
(Rain or Shine)
Participants will have three sessions in the AM - A break for lunch - and
three sessions in the PM starting at 1:00 PM.
(Participants are welcome to walk to downtown Annapolis or the Boatyard Bar
and Grill for a quick bite to eat.)
After the clinic head on over to SpinSheet's Free Crew Listing Party at the
Maritime Museum!
