HARBORFEST DOCKING REGISTRATION 
DEADLINE IS APPROACHING !

ATTENTION:  ALL Rendezvous Yacht Clubs and Hampton Roads Boaters:

Tomorrow is the deadline 
for registering for the Yacht Club Rendezvous and docking in Freemason
Harbor during Harborfest, 2011 - June 9-11.  

     Attached, you will find a 2011 Registration - Parade of Sail
Information - and PBC Race Registration and Information.

We still have slips available !!!  Please contact me TODAY at (757) 424-4449
if you have not mailed in your registration and would like to participate in
the Parade of Sail AND/OR DOCK your vessel in Downtown Norfolk for
Harborfest. 

NOTE:  THE SKIPPER'S MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, MAY 12, 2011 AT 6:00
P.M. AT THE MAIN STAGE - TOWN POINT PARK.  You will pick up your skipper's
bags which include parade of sail instructions, burgees, tshirts and other
items.     IMPORTANT:  All skippers docking in Downtown Norfolk MUST ATTEND
this meeting unless pre-arranged prior to May 12th.

This is another exciting year for the boating community as we start off
another great boating season with Norfolk Festevent's - Harborfest - June 9
- 11, 2011 in downtown Norfolk.  

The official Parade of Sail for Harborfest this year will be our "DRESS
REHEARSAL" for OPSAIL 2012 !!  Plan on bringing your boat to Harborfest THIS
YEAR to get a small 'glimpse' of what OPSAIL 2012 will have in store NEXT
YEAR !!

ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL IS YOUR PERSONAL INVITATION to participate in the
Parade and includes all parade instructions -docking opportunities (see
"Yacht Club Rendezvous" docking information & registration form attached) -
racing opportunities with the Portsmouth Boat Club's Annual Hometowne
Regatta (see entry form attached), along with dockside parties with live
entertainment, yacht club socials, fireworks, free tall ship tours, Skippers
