With the time change for me since i am in Michigan I called once around 12:30 
their time and again around 3:30 california time.  I hope they leave it for a 
couple more days too.

  I called sendero twice today hoping that I could get an upgrade at the 50 
percent reduced price as well as possibly buying a m-1000 receiver.  As I 
couldn't find how to make these purchases online through the link that was sent 
I called.  I left my name and number twice but did not hear back from anyone.  
I don't know if I should have done something else but I am disappointed.  I 
know the discount will still be going on in march but that is only for 25 
percent off.  When I have called in the past and had to leave my name and 
number regarding something, I have always gotten a call back.
