[gps-talkusers] more about January user POI files

I just updated the 400extras zip file with some Australia user points. I also got rid of some duplicate nav aids and city points in Australia. You will see that there is now one combined file for Australia. No other files were changed. 


We could definitely use more user points from our Aussie users.
