Its HELP key (F1) on QT. This command is liken to menu bar on PC version of Sendero Maps.

I don't know the QT command, but "space-h" is invaluable, because it gives you well organized help from anywhere in sendero. You get catigories of help that you space through, press enter and you get help for that catigory. For example, under help, you will see "route commands" press enter and you will fine the commane "rr" which is reverse route. That's a great feature of the program, and has been my best learning tool.
