I think I fixed it!!! After re-installing sendero 5.3, I thought I had solved the freezing problem. Then yesterday it happened again, while I was out on a trip for beer and pizza no less. After draining the power down to zero so I could reset the PK, I decided to copy everything I could back to my old 2 GB card. The new card was 16 GB, and seemed to work fine. Then I tried duplicating the same route that froze the PK yesterday. It took less than two seconds with no freezing. I am thinking that dven though the PK recognizes a 16 GB card, it may cause problems with complex calculations in the GPS application. Does this make sence? Will run it this way for a while and see if my gremlins return. Mean while I am hoping to have to saved a big chunk of the best money in the world. MINE!!!
