Three things,
1.  What voice are you using on the apex.
2.  Does it happen at the same spot, if it does, record a replay file
and send it to us.
3.  are you running any additional POIs such as the collective or GNIS
data?


You can create a replay file by starting the GPS  program and pressing
read-Q on the QT or SPACE-Q on the BT units then giving it a name.

When sending personal information such as replay files send to us
directly and not to the list.
