Hello, this is taken from the Sendero Frequently asked Questions

After I install and run GPS I get the message "You do not have an
appropriate license
to run this application".
If you receive this message there might be a few things going on here.
1. The GPS forgets that it is licensed to this machine. Perform a
no-key RESET
and try entering the application again.
2. If the above fails to work, try reinstalling the GPS application.
Be sure to perform
the
1-2-3 or S-D-F RESET
 before reinstalling GPS.
3. Please check your serial number and make sure you are installing
the GPS program
file that matches your serial number.
To check the serial number on your device from the Main Menu press
SPACE with I
on the BT and READ with I on the QT. then press SPACE two times.
If your serial number does not match the serial number in Braille on
the bottom of
the BrailleNote please contact the dealer where your BrailleNote was
purchased.
