Hi,
Hope this helps you understand.

Destination:
Where you are trying to get to. where you want to arrive such as the
pizza place.

GPS: the ability to be tracked.  when you go outside and have a fix
and the system knows where you are in real time.

Virtual: the ability to explore a location without physically being
there.  such as streets around a hotel in California or Florida. You
are in your house in another state or country for that matter.

LookAround: this is where the system triggers nearby points of
interest such as businesses  shops when you are walking around using
your GPS or exploring around in Virtual mode.


As far as your other question.  do an address lookup, set the address
as your virtual position, make sure you are in virtual mode.
Press space with F to do a poi search, when it says "enter search
string"  type in pizza and see what you et, or type in the name of the
pizza place.
